If you want a quick course in how to teach your horse to go to a mat, this is it. 
This course material is a prerequisite for the Weave Pole class. If you want a great deal, please look at the bundle offer of both courses.


1. MATS CLASS - In this condensed class you will learn all about teaching the horse to go to a mat, stay on the mat and leave the mat. Also included is the important task needed for the Weave Pole class of going to a mat at a distance from you. This is a great review for those who've done some mat work. 
Dynamic Food Delivery is also a needed skill.


This class is open to pre-qualified participants only. You will need to have some basic shaping skills in place to participate.

WHAT TO EXPECT:


Peggy Hogan and Monty Gwynne will be offering training solutions, teaching videos and video assessments for this course.



We will support your process with educational material, teaching videos, discussion and help with your training plan. To maximize your skill acquisition participation is expected. This is not an auditor class.
Be ready to work and learn.
 

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS - READ CAREFULLY

To maximize your skill acquisition and ability to progress in future course, full participation is required.

We do not accept auditors in our classes. Be ready to work and learn.


Classes include other participants who are also working on training the same behaviors. 

During the course you will be able to post videos of yourself when requested. Specific details of the video protocol will be posted on the group.


Participants can post their videos to YouTube (as an unlisted video) and post the link in the class structure. Other options are Vimeo or Google Drive. IF you have technical difficulties posting videos you will want to research this before the start of class.


The class will be held in a private platform called CANVAS. When you pay, you will receive an email from us. When the class is ready to open you will be sent an invitation by email to join the class.

You must provide me with the EXACT email address AND name you want to use for the course. Using that information I will send you an invitation to join the course. Once you receive the invitation you can sign up.

You will need to create a CANVAS account on a computer. AFTER you do that, accept the invitation to the class using a computer, then you can download the app. I've used both, and they are both user friendly.


It also helps to friend me on FB in case we need an alternative way to keep in touch.
